MEET THE STAFF
I grew up as a gymnast in Oregon where I owned a gymnastics facility. I have been a USA gymnastics coach for over 25 years. Our family moved to North Carolina 20 years ago. I fell in love with it and after spending 10 years living on the mission field, we moved back here. I also established and own Haiti Gymnastics in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
LINDA SHEPPARD
Owner and Chief Instructor
I have been teaching and coaching for over 45 years with an emphasis on students learning safely, progressively, and in a friendly and positive manner. I am a former member of the U.S. Gymnastics Federation and U.S. Independent Gym Clubs as well as a former competitor and judge.

Union County Gymnastics has fully qualified and trained staff that are hired locally, including local community members and gymnasts and college students from Wingate University.

Our professional staff is chosen for their teaching ability as well as their knowledge and experience in gymnastics.
Each instructor is qualified and committed to teaching each student safely, progressively, and in a friendly and positive manner.
